Ed, in his younger days, spent a lot of time listening to drumnbass. Back when it was interesting, that mythical golden age. Well, come 2009 and he’s spent almost as much time writing songs that take the piss out of the genre. There was a time when d’n’b almost had a sense of humour. Unfortunately, that was a long time ago.
This EP collects ED’s overtly drumnbass tunes onto the one EP, from classic ED staple “Yo’ Mumma”, poultry-influenced “Cockstep” to recent radio-fodder “Make Drumnbass Better”, as well as a couple of remixes and demixes.
